However, some of the images had minor inconsistencies in hair rendering—of the 10 images we uploaded, only one was a bit dated with an old hair color (blonde) vs. brunette. Interestingly, the AI generates more blonde photos than it did brunette.

3. Canva – By Far the Worst
We love Canva. They've always been a go-to platform for making quick social media posts, designing ads, but when it comes to AI-generated headshots we were pretty bummed with the results.
Our headshot turned out to super "AI-y". The result was inconsistent with the original image we uploaded. Overall, the headshots often looked like a super old AI model, lacking any realism. Guess this was a case of 'you get what you pay for'. So while the ai headshot generator was included in our base plan, we were only limited to one output option, and it wasn't something we could use for a professional profile.
